Meet Our Team
Billy was born in Oklahoma City and started his career in real estate in 2005 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. After several years of working on the transaction side of real estate, his desire to help people and solve problems led him to found Substancia in 2010 to serve real estate owners and tenants. Billy was involved in many of the condominium projects in downtown Oklahoma City and through those projects realized there was a need for quality and reliable maintenance. Now, Fixdwell continues Substancia’s mission to provide world-class property maintenance and thorough team expertise.
Billy takes pride in all of the properties under Fixdwell’s watch and is highly engaged in the neighborhoods where the properties are located. He served on the Midtown Redevelopment Corporation Board for several years, was a member of the steering committee that helped to establish the Deep Deuce Business Alliance, and is the currently on the Board of the Western Avenue Association. He enjoys basketball and spending time with his family, friends, and ever supporting wife, Alicia.
Danny joined the team in May of 2017. He is a native Oklahoman with an extensive and wide-ranging background in repairs and maintenance. He enjoys golfing, good food, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Ashley grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Oklahoma eight years ago to be closer to family. She graduated from Union College in Kentucky with her bachelor’s degree in Human Performance. Her background is in advanced security systems and installation but has a gained a great deal of knowledge in general maintenance since joining the Fixdwell team in September 2017. She is dedicated to solving issues that arise and continue to make life for our tenants and owners stress free and enjoyable every day.
