Our primary goal with Villa Teresa Residences was to preserve the property’s history while incorporating elements of modern luxury alongside top-of-the-line finishes. Our work included purchasing the property and overseeing development of the new residential condos and townhomes. The result is a property that offers an architecturally stunning and inspiring place to live in the heart of Midtown.

Our team led the remodel of this historic building’s facade and creation of the parking lot and we continue to provide maintenance for the property in a commercial capacity. These services include maintaining the building’s appearance and ensuring seamless operations in the building’s day to day operations.

Located in Midtown, this historic property houses 12 units and required a careful approach to historical preservation and restoration. Our ongoing work in maintaining the property is focused on general maintenance and repair, ensuring fire safety protocols are up to code, and preserving historic elements like exterior brick and windows.
Services: General maintenance and make readies, plumbing, including kitchen/ bathroom/shower faucet replacement, toilet repair, and hot water tank replacement, tuck pointing and mortar repairs for brick structures and windows, property walks to inspect cleanliness and lighting for fire safety, mailbox lock changes, door hardware replacements
